Q: What is included in the price?
A: The price of the cremation includes pick up and delivery of the pet to your home or veterinary clinic, complimentary velvet bag and certificate of cremation. Your pet's cremation is a private cremation which means that the ashes you receive are in fact your pet's, and are not mixed with any other pet. For more information Click here

A: Depends on the weight of the pet:

Q: What do the ashes come in?
A: The ashes are first placed in a sealed, heavy duty plastic bag, then put into a complimentary velvet bag with a drawstring that is embroidered with "Until We Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge." The velvet bag is then put into a complimentary metal Paw Print Tin.
Q: Do you have anything else to put my pet's ashes in besides the velvet bag and Paw Print Tin?
A: Yes, we have a variety of pet urns to choose from that can be purchased from us. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Money Orders, Personal Checks (2 forms picture ID), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and cash.
Q: Is there an additional charge for "after-hours", home deliveries, weekends or holidays?
A: No, there are no additional charges for "after-hours", home deliveries, weekends or holidays. All of these services are included in the cremation price.
Q: Once I have a prior appointment, do I need to contact you or does the veterinary clinic?
A: We prefer you contact us giving us the phone number of the veterinary clinic so that we can contact them and let them know that we will be there to pick-up your pet as quickly as possible. If that is not possible, have the clinic call us as soon as you arrive so that we can make arrangements with them for pick-up.
Q: Is payment expected at time of pick-up of my pet? What if I don't have payment at that time?
A: We understand the heartache of losing a pet and the last thing on your mind is trying to pay right now, so we usually collect payment when we return your pet's cremains. We also know that sometimes these things can happen suddenly and you may not be prepared financially. If you don't have payment at the time of service, we can work with you to set up a payment plan.
